Do you ship to my country?

We ship all of our products worldwide. If you can’t ship to your country please send an e-mail to info@unwindevents.nl

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout. These prices do not include customs fees or other taxes.

How can I track my order?

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands with PostNL and include Track & Trace. You receive the tracking information via e-mail.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order leaves our warehouse within 1–2 business days after you place your order*.

How long does delivery take?

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery times are:

Netherlands: 1–2 business days
Belgium: 1–2 business days
Germany: 2–3 business days
Europe: 3–6 business days
United Kingdom: 4–6 business days
Outside Europe: 6–15 business days

These delivery estimates start after dispatch and do not include warehouse processing time. International delivery times may be affected by customs, local holidays or carrier delays.

*Shipping times may differ if:

A product has a different Shipment date. If so, this will be noted on the product page.
We are experiencing a busy period (such as the holidays). If so, this will be indicated in a top banner.

Please note: We depend on PostNL for the processing and delivery of all shipments and cannot be held responsible for delays caused by their logistics or handling processes.
